As a hot management technique, the industrial engineering is under rapid development in both the developed and developing countries, and plays a major role in the social economic construction. With the ever-changing market and development, B company met with some new problems in production management.Through analysis of the manufacture flow and the existing status of manufacture management in B company ,and in consideration of the main problems in wiring on machine management for F project,this paper analyzes the affecting factors of F project's wiring on machine management, based on the lean production theory, using ECRS principle and 5W1H and work study. Based on the theory of industrial engineering, with the establishment of the management mode of high quality, high efficiency and low cost as the objective, the improved plan and measures for the wiring on machine management are made in the aspects of organizational structure, technological flow, material management, quality management, cost control and 7S management while the improved management plan can be also evaluated. It can be finally realized that the whole production flow management is optimized, the check standard clarified, quality improved, the use of manpower and materials reduced, cost decreased and site environment greatly improved. Through optimization of management of wiring on machine for F project,B company will achieve more profits with least investment , and apply the optimized management to all the projects' wiring on the machine management ,to become more competitive in the industry.
