Study On Application Of Lean Management In Northwest Coal Machine

At present,lean thinking,as a kind of management philosophy which accords with the objective law of economics,has been widely applied and popularized in all walks of life.With the further deepening of lean thinking and understanding,to strive to create a lean enterprise as a strategic means to achieve in the whole product lifecycle rapid response,reduce the production cycle and reduce production cost and has been more and more recognized by the majority of the modern enterprise.The manufacturing industry is the foundation of the national economy,the management method of our country a lot of manufacturing enterprises is generally backward,has low production efficiency,high production cost,short production cycle is long,in the new period in order to meet the needs of the international and domestic market competition,realize the leap forward development of enterprises in a short period of time,build a lean enterprise and lean mode with Chinese characteristics has become a pressing matter of the moment.This paper discusses the theory of lean management mode,expounds the concepts and connotation of lean management,lean management mode analysis of theoretical and practical significance,using the method of systematic thinking,combined with the actual situation of the coal machine,analysis of the existing production management mode of Northwest coal machine problem,put forward the necessary and feasibility lean management,analyzed the influence factors of the lean management.On this basis,from the aspects of management principle,system construction,organization optimization,process optimization,this paper puts forward the lean management plan in the implementation of the coal machine,and the effect of implementation and future expected effect is analyzed.Through the application of lean management before and after comparison,we found that the implementation of lean management in the northwest coal mill can reduce costs,improve efficiency,ensure product quality,has a good application effect.This study not only provides a theoretical basis for the further production management optimization of the northwest coal machine,but also provides a reference for other manufacturing enterprises in the application of lean management.
