SC Company is a U.S. private owned company whose main product is commercial vehicle seat system.Firstly this paper analyzesits growing history and the current situation, especially focused on the problems it has countered. The main difficult ones include: first, high cost due to having to outsource components and parts but lack professional purchasing staff and good suppliers; second, the company is too much dependent on the technique supports of the parent firm or affiliated companies; third, the inefficiency of its process management system leads to high labor turnover; forth, its brand guide and management are ineffective; fifth, lack of company culture construction.This paper then analyzes the main strengths and weaknesses as well as its current circumstances outside politically, economically, socially and technologically. After this, it comes to the proposal of the developing strategy which is to build a perfect quality management system, sales channels, and after-sales service system through implementing efficient operation management and sound brand management, so as to recapture the high-end market share and then further develop the Asian middle and low end marketsFinally, this paper discusses about the specific implementation scheme focused on management plat form, strong supplier china, quality management ability, brand build and construction of company culture.
