Our country construction related energy consumption (including construction energy consumption, life energy consumption, heating and cooling energy consumption, etc.) has exceeded industry become the first major energy consumers in total energy consumption, accounted for 46.7% proportion, and housing in towns and villages in our country building occupies a large proportion, so how to reduce effectively carbon emissions, promote low carbonization benefit level of housing in towns and villages, must be significant for the construction industry sustainable development in our country.This paper research the main building benefit evaluation system and method at home and abroad, and based on life cycle assessment theory and expense benefit theory to establish the low carbonization benefit evaluation model and CO2 expense/benefit calculation method for housing in towns and villages, puts forward the low carbonization benefit evaluation indicators and evaluation methods.Finally, take the Yanhe village 12 floor residential building for research case , select 12th floor residential building two different construction scheme (general scheme and low carbonization scheme) as the research object, calculate correlative low carbonization benefit evaluation index, Through the index calculation result analysis is presented, provide related low carbonization construction and renovation technical measures and suggestions for housing in towns and villages.
