Research On Solutions Of Maintenance And Management For Jing-Shi Expressway

With the continuous increase of the mileage in our country, the expressway has becoming the important infrastructure of the development of society. But, the maintenance management of expressway, which is another important topic but construction, was neglected by the expressway managers. For a long time, because of lacking of the proper cognition for the preventive maintenance, the people was used to maintenance after the road was mangle. So, after being built up and open to traffic, the asphalt roads of many expressway suffering from the travelling loads and the natural factors appeared the earlier destroy in different level and type. And these not only increased the maintenance cost, but also reduced the service level.Aimed at the needs of preventive maintenance of Jing-Shi expressway, the paper teased the actuality of maintenance management in the world. Based on this, the paper firstly analysed the operation management and the maintenance management actuality of Jing-Shi expressway, and found out the problem in maintenance management. Then, after summarized the characteristic of maintenance management and analysed the factor of preventive maintenance, the paper studied the technology of the preventive maintenance, including rebuild the import reductant, track and observation the effect and test the effect of the resist slide and water. At last, the solutions were put forward on the preventive maintenance of Jing-Shi expressway from management system, actualization flow, and so on. And the application of improving the preventive maintenance with reductant seal was researched and validated.Combining the disease and the maintenance method during a decade of maintenance management of Jing-Shi Expressway, the paper provided some reference for maintenance management, treatment and preventive maintenance solution of expressway.
