| Quality control is the core of expressway maintenance project management.At present,the reform of the highway maintenance engineering system in our country is being gradually promoted and optimized.Although some achievements have been made,there are still many problems in the process of transformation.Combining with the characteristics of maintenance project,we use the advanced concepts of quality management to optimize the design of maintenance projects.In the case of Zaozhuang section of Beijing-Fuzhou expressway,after several maintenance and repairing work have been done on this section,somedisadvantages of the traditional project quality control gradually appeared.Therefore,it is imperative to optimize the quality management of the maintenance project in Zaozhuang Section of Beijing-Fuzhou expressway.In this paper,we took zaozhuang section maintenance project as our research object,with its project quality management as the main research content.Firstly,comparing the current situation of quality management in domestic and foreign projects,we find the gap between the quality management of severalmaintenance projects,using the methods of literature research,case analysis as well as qualitative and quantitative research.Secondly,combined PDCA cycle theory,three-stage control theory,three-full control theory with the existing quality problems of the pavement,the quality management plan has been optimized from the perspectives of design,supervision andconstruction.Thirdly,through analyzing the elements of quality management of expressway maintenance project,we summarized the optimization strategy and put forward the corresponding quality assurance measures.Finally,through the analysis and practice of the theory,the conclusions of the research and the issues to be further studied have beensettled down.The research results in this paper will certainlyserve as inspiration and reference for the other ongoing research of quality management of maintenance projects in our country. |
