Research On Policy On Supervision Mechanism Of Tendering And Biding Of Construction Industry

Tendering and bidding has already become a more and more popular way oftransaction in market economy and a key means to participate in internationalcompetitions. However, under the backdrop of dramatic changes in our urbandevelopment, as far as tendering and bidding adopted in the construction industry isconcerned, numerous malpractices and problems emerge due to inadequatesupervision, which runs counter to the objectives of tendering and bidding, restrainsthe development of this industry. Based on the theory of tendering and biding, and thetheory of current administration supervision, the supervision mechanism and policyon tendering and bidding has been proposed in the dissertation by analyzing currentsituations. Firstly, research background and significance is analyzed, and literatureson construction tendering and biding home and abroad have been reviewed, andresearch importance on the dissertation is proposed, the technical map is alsoproposed. Then, current theory on administrative supervision and supervisionmechanism of construction tendering and biding is also presented. Still, the problemsexisted in the YW construction project have been analyzed. On the basis of which, theproblems existed in the construction industry on tendering and biding has beenanalyzed, and the reason of which is also analyzed, and the practice of tendering andbiding in construction industry is also proposed. Then, the supervision mechanismand the policy are proposed. Finally, the dissertation is summarized and the futurestudy is proposed.
