Huoxiangzhengqi is the quintessence of TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) culture. As for its precisely effect mechanisms , this product is well accepted by the market. Manufacturers contribute to diversify into various types of formulations. Competition being progressively introduced in the market , along with further reforming, opening and the increasing of people life in China. Different populations selected for the similar phenomenon of pharmaceutical dosage has become increasingly evident.This paper study the selling stratagem of Huoxiangzhengqi Granules (manufactured by Tianjin Zhongxin Pharmaceuticals Zhongxin Pharmaceutical Factory). The author in carries on a fuller investigation and study to the commodity exchange market in the foundation, and presents market subdivision location and target market definition. Combined with the characteristics of OTC Drugs Marketing, seeking for Huoxiangzhengqi marketing model and working out Huoxiangzhengqi marketing strategy. Ultimately, Huoxiangzhengqi Granules successfully came into the market.Chapter one, which is the part of Introduction, explains the research background and significance, and briefly introduced the production processing of Huoxiangzhengqi Granules.
