A Study On Community Participation In Development Of Kazakh Cultural Tourism

With the development of tourism,cultural tourism has become a new trend in the21st century .However,along with the emergence of cultural tourism and subsequent rapid economic and social development, it also brings about negative effects on the lives of local residents affecting the sustainability of tourism in this region .As researchers explore the issue of sustainable development of tourism, community participation has become the object of attention.The development of cultural tourism relies on the community,only the relationship between community and tourism development is well resolved,can we make a new breakthrough in the development of cultural tourism.Community participation is essential to the development of cultural tourism,as well as coordinated development of environment and tourism to achieve the sustainable development of cultural tourism.There for this article in the premise of sustainable development of tourism based on community participation in tourism development theory,said Forsythe, "stimulation index". the tourism area life cycle theory and other related disciplines,starting from the perspective of community involvement,the use of literature review,field investigation,Issuing questionnaires,qualitative and quantitative comprehensive integrated method,have studied on people's attitude and perception towards tourism in SANGONGHE town located in Fukang City,Tianshan,Heavenly Lake.
