The Assess Of Community Participation Level On Cultural Heritage Tourism

As the researches of the relations between cultural heritage protection and tourism development, both domestic and foreign scholars come to recognize the cultural heritage community play important roles in achieving sustainable development.The community as the owner and creator of the culture heritage, make an alternative function in cultural heritage protection. Community participating in cultural heritage tourism effectively can promote cultural heritage protection in scientific, and the tourism and community's healthy development, it also has special significance in the healthy development of social harmony. Thanks to complicated of the influential factors and uniqueness of practice, there is no uniform criteria about how to measure community participation, most of the existing researches are concern about the community decision-making and economic interests.This paper attempts to analyze the impact factors on the basis of community, besides the two sides referred,most domestic community participation in tourism are due to the failure of cultural consciousness. Thus, the paper put forward a definition of community participation level on cultural heritage tourism, an evaluation system consisting of participatory consciousness, participatory ability and participatory effect based on AHP and expert score. If we want to improve community participation in cultural heritage tourism, first, improve the consciousness of community participation, especially community identity, second,make full use of education training means and non-government organizations to improve the ability of the community participation, through by policy guide and various mechanism, and finally achieve the aim of improving the effect of community participation.Take Yongling Town as practice research,which has either Qing Yong Tomb or Manchu culture increasing the research value. Get the data on basis of interview and community investigation and evaluate its community participation level on cultural heritage tourism based on the evaluation index system. Through all, make the theory and the practice combination.
