In the "people-oriented" management practice, Employee job satisfaction is the first concern of managers, It is proved that employees with high job satisfaction, their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity are also high, and creating higher performance, ultimately increasing the efficiency of enterprises. Low Job satisfaction may hold a negative attitude to work, In addition to making Employee leave, but also having a drop in morale, complaints and resistance increase, long-term absence or late, even stealing property of organization. So job satisfaction of employees is important for a company of positive and healthy development.This paper tries to find out the job satisfaction and psychological and behavioral characteristics of employee in Zibo, Shandong Electric Power Corporation, then to correct guidance to improve the construction of company. This paper analysis and discusses the employee job satisfaction and Human Resources of the companies, and design a survey questionnaire to surveying. We analyzed the current situation staff satisfaction levels, identify problems, find solutions, targeted to select those big influence on business factors, play a leading role to change the incentive to guide, regulate control for the enterprise managers can learn from subject matter to provide better long-term development for the company.
