With the continuous development of the social economy,the state's requirements for energy enterprises gradually approach to the standard of efficiency,energy conservation and innovation.In the same area,it can provide more efficiently for local energy products and services to heat network source enterprise joint reorganization and unite together.At the same time,it can maximize to create enterprise value,and achieve the effect of 1 + 1 > 2.In reality,however,most enterprises did not achieve its intended effect after restructuring the situation.Some enterprises even is not successful to make it into a dilemma of position,and human resources due to the restructuring.As the most core and important link in enterprise restructuring,the success of the corporate restructuring plays a crucial role.In this paper,we will conduct in-depth study on the reorganization of Inner Mongolia TongLiao thermoelectric company and TongLiao heat supply company from the actual start of human resource integration guidance and enterprise reorganization.In this paper,the background and significance of corporate restructuring are summarized.The research content and research methods are briefly discussed and the whole thesis is briefly summarized.Second,the human resources integration of theoretical knowledge and the development of the enterprise restructuring and the related guidance has carried on the comprehensive and narrative,the tgo thermoelectric company with tgo heating company's human resources and enterprise development present situation has carried on the comprehensive analysis,find and summarizes the two hidden human resources integration of the problems in the process of corporate restructuring;Finally,it puts forward the plan of recombinant human resource plan of TongLiao thermoelectric company,and gives some concrete measures for the smooth implementation of the guarantee scheme.This research is tgo thermoelectric company and TongLiao city heating company human resource integration problem in the process of restructuring.Because of TongLiao city heating system of company,the huge internal relations,the two companies from outside to inside there are huge differences,in the restructuring of human resources integration has become a prominent question.The research is representative and can provide experience and guidance for the integration of human resources in the reorganization of the company.At the same time,it can provide some Suggestions for the restructuring decision of tongliao thermoelectric company,which also has certain practical significance.
