In October,2008, new China Unicom was born after China Unicom and China Netcom merged under the direction of the Ministries. In more than one year, the new corporation overcomes all sorts of difficulties and finishes the integration of personnel, service and operation platform, thus it can serve the public with new appearance. Under this historical background, the difficulty of its enterprise culture integration appears. How to solve the problem becomes one of the determinants for its further fusion.As a First-line manager in Sichuan branch, China Unicom, the author has been engaged in the relevant work of enterprise culture construction for many years. Driven by the sense of responsibility and mission, the author tries to solve the practical problem and take it as the breakthrough point.
