With the deepening of China's accession to WTO, China's enterprises are facing increasing challenges, while the commercial banks as a high degree of policy barriers protecting the enterprise will also be subject to strong impact of foreign banks. Compared to China's commercial banks, foreign commercial banks started earlier, more advanced concepts , so in the loss of the advantage of the policy barriers, China's commercial banks have to find their new advantages . The biggest advantage of the commercial banks is from the customers, Many commercial banks have carried out the service process reengineering around customers , and achieved good results. China's commercial banks can learn from the experience of Western commercial banks, through process reengineering to gain new advantages, this paper will be based on theory of constraints to study the business process reengineering of banking services. In this paper, the following describes the four aspects: First, read through the literature to explain the Significance of service process reengineering , a review of the process reengineering, to set the theory of constraints as an entry point to the commercial banking services to process reengineering model. Then conduct a study with the basics of process reengineering services, theoretical sources, necessity and theory of constraints thinking processes, the core steps, such as basic knowledge management principles. Next base on the mode of Service Process Reengineering to study the Process Model of Service Process Reengineering. Mainly from the recycling process, identify the bottleneck operation, a solution of constraints, recycling to study several aspects. Finally, the Bank of China as an example a case of process reengineering services to empirical research, credit research and analysis identified by the Bank of China approved the bottleneck operation, in accordance with the guidance of the process model was recycled, and put forward specific measures to eliminate bottlenecks to to increase efficiency and enhance the core competitiveness of the goal.
