With the deepening of global economy and rapid development of information technology, competition between enterprises has gradually transferred to competition between supply chains. In this circumstance, more and more enterprises began to gain competitive edge through establishing long-term partnership. Many research and enterprise practice indicates that supply chain partnership do bring benefit to both manufacturers and suppliers. However, for a long time, partnerships are mostly set up and pushed forward by manufacturers who paid little attention to suppliers'demand and their satisfaction toward partnership. Actually, suppliers'satisfaction toward partnership will affect their initiative to supply chain cooperation, and then influence the development of supply chain and benefits of both parties. Therefore, the empirical research on suppliers'partnership satisfaction is of great significance.Based on relative literature, the paper summarized influence factors of partnership from the perspective of suppliers, determined indicators of suppliers'satisfaction to partnership and established structural equation models between influence factors and suppliers'satisfaction. Then, the paper put forward empirical research thought, designed questionnaire and introduced data analysis methods. 272 effective responses were received through various survey methods. According to collected data, this paper proceeded reliability and validity analysis for questionnaire, and analyzed basic information of respondent enterprises. Finally, it conducted analysis for SEM and hypothesis and made necessary amendments with AMOS. The conclusions are:(1) Compared with indirect values, such as technology improvement, operational performance advance and market share expansion, direct value, such as order, sales volume and profit has greater influence toward suppliers'satisfaction.(2) Compared with partners'product edge, market competitiveness and research capability, partnership foundation, collaborative research, information share and problem solving has greater affection to suppliers'satisfaction.
