Since the 1990s, market demands have shown the personalized, the multi-varieties, the small batch, and the short period more and more clearly. The uncertainty and perturbation in the market increase gradually. The market characteristic has changed the enterprise's survival basis, also has shaken the traditional economical rational foundation of the enterprise organization pattern, and caused "the longitudinal integration" to expose all sorts of problems, so the supply chain management has received more and more attention.Nowadays, the global competitions are becoming harder and harder. The competition among enterprises transforms into the competition among supply chains gradually. Whether the enterprise succeeds or not will depend on the level of supply chain collaboration. Regarding the resources supplementary and the ability alliance, the supply chain enterprise cooperation makes use of "the system thinking "and "the flow thinking" fully, and pays more attention to the coordination of the whole supply chain process, to rebuild the business connection, and construct an integrated virtual network. Thus, in the process to satisfy customer and create maximal value, the supply chain enterprise cooperation may achieve the improvement of the overall performance and the promotion of the competitive power.On basis of documentary study, the thesis has defined the connotation of the supply chain cooperation relationship, illustrated the character of the supply chain partnership from the theory of related capital, carried out classification of supply chain partnership from the length, depth and extent three aspects, adopted six measurement index of the supply chain partnership quality to carry out valuation on supply chain cooperation on the basis of the close relationship theory. The thesis has also adopted the current achievements to illustrate the different measurement index of the supply chain partnership quality may have the positive influence on the cooperation performance which is the fundamental premise and the hypothesis of the study.The core issues of the study is to explain and verify the relationship between the supply chain partnership quality and its influencing factors. Thus the thesis has derived the implicit influencing factors from the connotation of the supply chain cooperation relation at first, which is the corporate reputation, corporate culture and organizational structure, and confirmed the above-mentioned conclusion from the evolution route of the supply chain partnership as well as the demonstration studies. The good or bad, success or failure of the supply chain partnership can be inspected and judged by the relationship quality with the factors, such as the compatible of the different corporate cultures, the shared and transparent information, the speed and quality of the logistics, the reasonable distribution of the profits.Corporate reputation is one kind of comprehensive summarization and all-direction valuation by its partners on its effective output and behavior characteristics. As the equivalent with the same function or the subsistent of the trust, corporate reputation displays the information-demonstrated function, implicit incentive function and enhancement function into the evolution process of the cooperation relationship, especially in the period of the establishment of the supply chain partnership. Through the empirical analysis the thesis finds that the corporate reputation has the remarkable forward correlation with the relationship quality, has an indirect positive influence on the endurance, intensity, diversity and equality of the supply chain partnership quality. Therefore, the enterprise should establish the noble value pursuit diligently, establish good images, strengthen its competence, promotes its reputation unceasingly, and then improve the quality of the supply chain partnership.The organization structure is a system to deploy the enterprise's duties, rights and benefits. It has also promulgated their relations deeply the division of labor and cooperation relationship among the members in the organization. Whether the characteristics of the organization structure accord with the demands of the supply chain cooperation, decides ultimately the coordination and composition of the activities among different logistics functions, the efficiency of the logistics management, and the overall achievements of the supply chain cooperation. Through the empirical analysis, the thesis finds that the flexible organization has the remarkable forward correlation with the relationship quality and its two sub-dimensions: relationship frequency and relationship facilitation. Therefore, to improve the quality of the supply chain partnership, the enterprise should make great efforts to constitute a process-orientated, decentralized, flat, flexible and team-oriented organization structure, and keep the logistics flow, information flow and business flow circulating smoothly among the partners.As the enterprise employee's common values, ideal belief and codes of conduct, corporate culture affects the enterprise employee's idea and behavior deeply, and then brings an important function of the adjustment and influence into the evolution process of the supply chain cooperation. Along with the expansion and deepening of the relationship, the corporate culture's influence may become more and more obvious. Through the empirical analysis the thesis finds that the adhocracy culture has the remarkable forward correlation with the relationship quality and its two sub-dimensions: relationship frequency and relationship facilitation. Therefore, the enterprise should establish the trust-oriented, opening, flexible culture, the learning culture as well as the human-oriented culture, improve the cooperation, and then build a good external environment diligently for the enterprise's long-term development.Based on the above empirical analysis conclusion, the thesis has constructed the general model of the supply chain partnership quality and its influence factors, and adopted the Structure Equation Modeling to verify the mutual influence relations of the following three essential factors: corporate reputation, flexibile organization and the adhocracy corporate culture and the six paths to influence the supply chain partnership quality.At last the thesis has adopted two groups of cases to verify the above-mentioned viewpoints. One case is from the dispute between Gome and Gree, the thesis analyzes the "frail" of the traditional cooperation relations between the producers and the franchisers , explains the essence of the zero-sum game, and has carried on the detailed summary to the positive development tendency and the successful experience of the cooperation between Gome and Haier. Another case is from the Haijin logistics corporation and ABB (Beijing). The thesis mainly has analyzed the duration and intensive of the cooperation and its influence factors. According to the result of the comparative analysis and the present situation of the supply chain partnership in our country, the thesis proposes four kinds of countermeasures: to establish the flexible cooperate culture, to transform the organization structure under the supply chain environment, to enhance the corporate reputation and then strengthen the mutual trusts.
