TPM is a kind of on-site improvement activity for comprehensive pursuit forenterprise ultimate production efficiency. During recent years, upon the vigorouspropose of TISCO group, our stainless cold rolling mill introduced TPM, a brand newmanagement mode. After solid implementation of TPM for almost two years, greatchanges happened in cold rolling mill, which facilitates the improvement of enterprisemanagement level and all-around development.This article introduces the basic information of TPM management system,implementation methods of TPM system as well as the TPM on-site practice andapplication.
