Because foreign ore enterprises constantly impact on China iron and steel enterprises, the development of China mining enterprises directly affects the future of steel and iron companies.The character of mining enterprise equipment play crucial role in the product output and quality. So, it is the only way for the enterprise long-term development that find out the existing problems in equipment overhaul management, innovate overhaul management philosophy, improve the level of equipment overhaul management.This thesis introduce the study background, purpose, meaning and related theories, summary of study methods, equipment overhaul management etc. Using the management knowledge of equipment management, production management, TNPM management, capital operation etc, according to the enterprise actual condition, analysis the problems which in the process of equipment overhaul management,offer the suggestions based on the enterprise basic situation and existing problems in the management process. By solving the problem and building the process of equipment overhaul management, improving the quality of enterprise equipment overhaul management. And the thesis proposes the guarantee significance and condition of equipment overhaul management improved measures, define the problems which can not be solved now. This study plays a reference role for the same industry equipment overhaul management.
