Project management is in the final analysis, under the guidance of project management theory, as much as possible to improve project stakeholders'satisfaction. This definition emphasizes the importance of each participant of the project management. Therefore, among many project management theories, "interactive communication" is very important. Interactive communication, works as a bridge between a variety of stakeholders who share different cultural and organizational backgrounds, different skill levels, different views and interests about the project execution and result, plays a linking role in the project needs of multi-joint participation and plays a positive role in theoretical guidance. This paper describes how interactive communication plays a positive role in theoretical guidance by using homologation test of telecommunication industry. In this paper, homologation test refers to those testing raised by telecommunication suppliers for demonstrating and promoting their products to telecommunication operators. As the homologation test plays a vital role for suppliers'survival and development, in enhancing the success rate of homologation test is very much of the project manager's attention. The introduction of interactive communication theory is helping to better and faster completion of homologation test.As a staff of one of the telecommunication industry suppliers and a witness of many homologation projects, I find that project stakeholders are most involved in activities of the project. Stakeholders typically include end users, project team, the management and other major stakeholders. And time, cost, quality, human resources, risk, are all communicate with project stakeholders. This paper focuses on the application and instruction of interactive communication in homologation test about team building, project formulation, project planning, project implementation and project risk control by using the case of 2010 Mexico telecom operators (Axtel) in Munich, Germany. This paper also describes theoretical guidance of interactive communication based on the implementation process like preparation stage, testing stage and completion stage of homologation test.Through the practical application of interactive communication in homologation test, we know that, interactive communication starts-up the project after make clear project objectives, improves the efficiency of coordination, improves the visualization of the progress and guarantees the timely and properly generate, collection, dissemination, storage, retrieval and final disposal of the project the required information in the entire homologation project, which is the most effective way to ensure that all stakeholders are able to reach a consensus.
