A successful training is able to improve skills, effectively reduce work pressure, make the job more enjoyable, and decrease employee turnover. New employee orientation is a special training form, the purpose is to let new employees understand the organization, get familiar with their jobs and work process, help the new comers to be fit for the new working environment and teams as early as possible.A well arranged new hire orientation can help new employees to obtain necessary information for their career life, adapt to the organization, further learn about the company from all aspects, and speed up the process of adaptation. A successful new hire orientation is able to transfer the enterprise values, set employees'behavior mold, enhance organizational stability, and reduce the risk of personnel management.This thesis combined theoretical analysis and empirical study. Base on the summary of domestic and foreign organization researchers about new hire orientation, organization socialization and modern training theories, took the new hire orientation training in Shanghai Customer Service Center of Company A as object of study, carried out a systematical analysis on the training program.Based on training effectiveness analysis of existing new hire orientation of Shanghai Customer Service Center of Company A, the article the identified the shortcomings of current training program, and proposed improvement approaches from perspectives of systematic setting, content modification, quality control system, etc.
