This thesis mainly discusses the influence of customer orientation and environmental uncertainty,innovation type and new service development performance,in today's competitive society,new service development is related to the survival and development of enterprises,and a clear customer orientation,to develop better new services to meet the needs of customers.This study mainly from the customer orientation of new service development performance as the research focus in today's market is mainly based on the customer oriented,change from the previous seller's market into a buyer's market,enterprises in the future development will be mainly to customer demand as the main purpose,in order to meet customer needs,enterprises need to constantly study new the service to meet customer needs,while the implementation of customer orientation is very important,but the enterprise must in the limited time and resources in clear what factors would cause obvious effect,because the customer of this process for new service development performance,will be affected by different factors,the influence of these two the main factors of the environment uncertainty and the innovation type.According to the current domestic and foreign scholars on the influence of customer orientation and environmental uncertainty,innovation type and new service development performance are discussed,using the empirical research method to analyze the following hypotheses:(1)customer oriented behaviors have significant improvement on new service development performance;(2)In a highly uncertain market environment,the higher the degree of customer orientation behavior involved,the better the performance of new service development;(3)under the condition of high technology uncertainty,the higher the degree of participation in customer oriented behavior,the better the performance of new service development;(4)when service belongs to incremental innovation,the higher the degree of customer orientation behavior involved,the more it can improve the performance of new service development;(5)When the service is aggressive and innovative,customer oriented behavior with the participation of the higher level,more can improve the performance of new service development;through the discussion of the several assumptions,dig out the internal relationship between customers orientation and environmental uncertainty,between types of innovation and new service development performance for the enterprise,how to grasp the customer orientation and environmental uncertainty and innovation The relationship between the type and the performance of new service development provides some reference and guidance.
