The Economy Development Research Of Tianjin Binhai New Area

It is very important in historical meanings to plan the regional development of Tianjin Binhai New Area (TBNA) as a whole, to make it as the economy booming engine for the Around Bo Sea Area (ABSA) in the north of China, and make it become the most vigorous region in the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei territory and the biggest growing hot spot in the local Tianjin city. The precondition about making the proper industry planning is to have a big and clear picture of the various aspects of the regional economy. The second mission is to make reasonable industry developing policy, and the policy was the fundamental way to realize the economy conformity, the industrial specialization and the share of resources.First part in this paper, the nowadays economy structure of the TBNA has been analyzed. After that, the Yangtse triangle area was compared with ABSA, and the Pudong New Area was compared with TBNA separately. Then the experience has been summarized and analyzed. The further research thought was formed, after a comprehensive analysis and positioning of the economic foundation of TBNA and its development potential in the ABSA.The core of this paper is the unique input-output table, which was designed in the integration of economy, resource and environment. The table is confined by the Tianjin Next Five-year development planning, and incorporated the feature of the TBNA. The TBNA input-output analysis finally was built into the multi-object optimization dynamic input-output models of TBNA, and the simulated application was made to regulate the future economy development. As a frontier research paper, this optimization model was expected to provide some useful consideration in the future developing practice of TBNA.
