With the progress of science and development of society, globalization degree is more and more high. From 1950'and 1960', as one of the iron and steel corporation, TISCO began to introduce foreign advanced equipment and technology. With the deeper of global corporation, more and more foreign experts came to our company, especially in 2006, which in the period of 1,500,000 tons stainless steel project, the quantity of foreign experts who came to TISCO reach to 360; inharmonious factor in daily management fade in little by little. So how to manage these special colony, foreign experts, began to need us to solve, how to inspire them to work on the base of learning technology experiences, management experiences and intelligence capital, how to add them more better to out troop so as to communicate with us better and more high frequency under different culture background and corporation with our technical staff to smooth our project and finish on time with high quality.By using the methods of literature, questionnaire method and comparative study method etc, the problems existing in the management of foreign experts in China have been summarized:for example, the examination of foreign experts is not so strict, working effort of foreign experts is not so good, working motivation is not so high, communication and team unity are not so smooth etc.Take examples from other advanced countries to abstract foreign experts; offer the new idea to manage foreign experts on motivation, performance management, salary management and term unity.
