Security industry as a sunrise industry, her opportunity is more than difficulty. To gain the long-term security and stable development, Small and medium sized enterprises (SME) must develop the integrity and long-term competitive strategy for enterprise development.For SME, Aggregation operation is the basis and prerequisite for the development of enterprises, the difference is the power and opportunity of enterprise development, these two points are the problems that a lot of SME are facing to the most urgent need to understand and solve. Based on the strategy group and analysis of key success factors for security SME, combined with internal resources and its capacity characteristics of security SME such as Yaan Security company, demonstrates the feasibility and necessity of the Focus Differentiation Strategy that security SEM have chosen. Organizational structure Designed adapted to strategies and organizational culture built adapted to strategic are ways and means to implement the strategy. Yaan protect and promote the implementation of Focus Differentiation Strategy via adjusting the organizational structure and creating our own organizational culture.There are many ways to achieve product differentiation, this discussion focuses on two aspects: First, how does Yaan improve product quality to separate products of similar enterprises in order to achieve differentiation characterized by high quality; Second, how does Yaan offers a unique service and technical support to achieve differentiation. Implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) is the core in implementing differentiation strategy basing on the quality as the source. To improve product quality for enterprise, quality management must be promoted to the quality business, full participation and full management. In the after-sales service, Yaan showing initiative promises to achieve "zero rework, zero service" in order to let customers feel a unique, high quality high speed and full technical support service.The correct competition strategy makes enterprises to gain higher competitive rivals than the opponents. Focus Differentiation Strategy of Yaan made it improve market share and customer satisfaction, company's performance is growing rapidly.
