| Since 21st century, ERP is being widely spread after its difficulty development. The tidal waves of modern management are sweeping through all of the world during which ERP is used as the auxiliary and strategic tools. Facing the new situation and marketing environment, more and more enterprises are thinking about implementing ERP by which they can improve their ability of handling changeful market and getting the competitive advantage of low cost and products innovation.Enterprises which have experienced the economic crisis, especially minor enterprises, are intensely recognizing that ERP is the preferred tool for management innovation when the haze of economic crisis is gradually weakening which erupted from USA in 2008. However, in accordance with the statistics, the mission success rate for implementing ERP of minor enterprises in our country is less than 20% and the these enterprises are not only brought with the great loss of economy, but also being restricted in their development and innovation of management. The main reason of this is that the explosive implementation of ERP does not mean complete recognizing and understanding of the enterprises for the method and principle of ERP. For every enterprise, the implementation and application of ERP is an absolutely strange dish.If the enterprises want to implement and appliance ERP successfully, they must understand the principle and method of ERP firstly; and the second, the circumstances of the enterprises (including requirement analysis and staff competence etc.) are sufficient ready; the third, all the programs, such as system structures and project implementation, must not being made any mistakes during the application, otherwise, all the previous efforts would be wasted.Therefore, we try to explain how to solve all the questions above and help the minor enterprises to implement ERP successfully and fulfill its strategy of sustainable development by a case analysis. |
