Research On The Micro-application Model Of Minor Enterprises Informatization

After several years development, our country’s enterprise informationization has already penetrated the manufacture and management of every trades. At present, the enterprise informationization solution has the feature of high investment, high implementing difficulty and high development ability. Many minor enterprises can’t fulfill these requirements, so it is difficult for them to actualize informationization. With the development of Internet, mobile Internet and cloud computing technology, the micro-application based on cloud computing technology can solve these problems. This article mainly study how to develop enterprises micro-application, what typical micro-applications include, how to design the micro-application platform architecture, how should micro-application platform be operated and how should business models be designed. This article aims at providing a new way for the minor enterprises informationization, reducing the difficulty of minor enterprises informationization and increasing the effect of minor enterprises informationization.According to my actual experience of company operation and the micro-application development, I developed a model of the micro-application model of minor enterprises informatization. With the help of BPR, BCG Matrix and the research on the practical enterprises micro-application requirement, this article put forward the products of minor enterprises micro-application. Through the research and analyze of the management, manufacture, marketing and sustainment of telecommunication industry, IT industry, education industry and retail industry, eleven key requirement of minor enterprises informationization is figured out. Through the analyze of key requirement, twelve micro-applications included leading window, information push, enterprises communication, KPI manger, task manager, e-learning, attendance manager, budget manager, business manager, employment manager, sales manager, teachers and parents communication are put forward to solve the common and trade problem. Based on these micro-application products, I designed the platform of micro-application for minor enterprise informationization and the operation model.Through the research of this article, the micro-application model which is a solution that can popularize minor enterprises informationization and can help fulfill the minor enterprises infomationization demand for low cost and high income. Meanwhile, building and operating the micro-application cloud platform can create higher income for the enterprise. Due to the limited time, the research on the micro-application model is not refined enough, the analysis of the profit is a preliminary estimate. I will refine the design of micro-application, realize and operate the scheme in order to implement this model gradually.
