| The paper mainly describe the application of ISO 9000 on the quality management system contents,documents requirements,top management responsibility,resource management,product realization and measure,analysis and improvement in the WD company. On accordance with the standard of ISO 9000 , the paper analyze some important problems in the company and give methods on how to solve the problems. The contents of the problems:'The top management rarely attend the management review for all kinds of reasons. The management representative is in charge of the management review. Some managers always report their jobs during the management review meeting.'Some managers in the company do not truly understand the company's objective and the department's objective.'The working flow of the design and research department is very disorder. Sometimes the design engineer sends the wrong designing document to the production department.'The workshop deal with the nonconforming product incorrectly.'The quality problem of purchased product resulted in the problem of the company's product.'The instrument for measuring on the machine are rarely adjusted as necessary. The equipment management is not safe.According to the standard of ISO 9000 , the author analyze these problems and give the improvement action. The company must truly understand the customer's request and produce the qualified product. The top management must understand the request of the ISO 9000 and do it according to the standard. The company must educate the whole employees on the sense of quality and professional ethics. In fact, the WD company will deduct the management cost and improve the company's true competition if the company do it by the standard of ISO 9000. |
