Propelled by the Global Land Plan, the scholars of our country have carried abundant and meaningful research on cultivated land intensive use in order to meet the need of China's national conditions. However, there are also some insufficiencies in current study. For example, it needs to strengthen that the explanatory power of the theories about intensive use on the practice, meanwhile, a further study on the common characters of the variance in cultivated land intensive use between Macro-Scale and Micro-Scale. Consequently, after implementing the relevant knowledge, this paper makes a useful exploration to the law of spatial-temporal variance in cultivated land intensive use through the approach of standardized analysis combining with empirical research, attempting to make its due contribution to the study and policy in the very field. In the main part, it makes a research on the law of the variance in cultivated land intensive use in common via the theoretical model, applying the comparative statice analysis; and then, based on the Index System deducing from the theoretical model, it carries out the empirical research adopting a general application of the Comprehensive Evaluation Model, the Coordinate Degree Model, the Single Evaluation Model, with the data of cultivated land use in the eight counties (such as Jianli, Xiangzhou, Dawu, et al) of Hubei Provence. The result of this paper indicates that the static model is reliable in forecasting the variance law of cultivated land intensive use. With the Society Development, the level of cultivated land intensive use would continuously rise promoted by economic factors and technological innovation; during certain period, the Intensity of Labory tends to decrease year by year, instead, the Intensity of Capital would increase annually. Meanwhile, the cultivated Land Intensity would have a sudden improvement with the drive of the policy which is benifical to peasents. When the system of cultivated land intensive use impacted by single factor, it would present come Spatial characters, such as:the better the land conditions, the higher the level of intensity; the bigger the population density, the higher the level of intensity; the more developed the economy (just when all of the money used in agriculture), the higher the comprehensive intensity and the intensity of capital; the more the scientific technology in use, the higher the level of intensity; the more the benifical policy to agriculture carried out, the higher the level of intensity; the more the income of Agriculture, the higher the level of intensity. Before the means of production acquire an equal Marginal Income in different areas and in different years, the higher level of intensity, the more rapid rate of its annual increase; before different productive factors obtain the same benefit from different industries, the Intensity of Capital would sustainable growth, the Intensity of Labory would come down sustainably. Thus it can be seen that the common characters of cultivated land intensive use would be dig out effectively, when we sduty the intensive use practice deeply with the guide of relative theories, which means the shortage of current research can be offsetted. Consequently, the study on cultivated land intensive use could give better service to making up and carrying out relative policy.
