Quanzhou G company (hereinafter referred to as G company) is set product development, design, manufacture, marketing for the integration of professional, the serialization of children's consumer goods companies. Early 2008 because engulfing the world financial crisis, the company carries on the strategic transformation, strategic focus from the original foreign export trade market, gradually turned to domestic childen's garments market competition. The tremendous changes in the domestic and international market, also make the quanzhou G company's survival and development faces a severe test and challenge. Therefore, through the internal and external environments for children's enterprise scientific and in-depth analysis, thus laying out a set of effective competition strategy to improve enterprise core competitive power, to G company in the fierce competition in the market gain and maintain competition environment, thefactry is bigger and stronger has very important practical significance.Based on the theory of competitive strategy, analyzes the research overview of external, internal G environment. Using PEST analysis, five competitive forces model, the value chain analysis, SWOT, quantitative strategy EFE matrix, IFE matrix analysis tools, analysis within the enterprise competitive advantages, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges; Use BCG matrix, make G Boston products selection and the definite investment direction; Puts forward 8 kinds of optional competition strategy, then use quantitative planning to QSPM) matrix (quantitative analysis of these schemes, it is concluded that the G company competition strategy.
