Regional Logistics System Cost Control Methods And Approaches Research

As market competition intensifies, people gradually realized that the logistics'role in economic development. Logistics cost control has great significance in reducin social economic costs and improving enterprise competitiveness. The characteristic of logistics cost determines logistics cost control is a complex system project. Domestic and foreign academics have done a lot of researches about onlogistics cost control from the perspective of enterprise. On the basis of fully analyzed related theory and methods, this thesis has researched and discussed the methods and approaches of regional logistics cost controlling.On the base of various disciplines theories, this article researches regional logistics system costs controlling by use of Analysis of regression and Multilevel Grey Evaluation comprehensive evaluation and so on. First, this essay analyzes the meaning, characteristics, composition, causes of the regional logistics system and describes the regional logistics system cost structure and cost control principles. Second, based on the cost control theory, economics, system engineering theory, this essay studies the regional logistics system cost control measures tentatively, and suggest the integration and restructuring of regional logistic related enterprises which depends on logistics standardization and information is the fundamental regional logistics cost control method, makes it play an important role in the overall advantages and scale benefit, and find the relevant policies to guarantee the healthy operation of the regional logistics system. And analyzes the warehousing, transportation, management the three logistics activity basic link cost reduction basic way. Third, the article establishes a regional logistics system development ability evaluation model, in order to find the weakness in the regional logistics system easily and optimize it, and to avoid the logistics cost control methods departing from the economic and technological development. Finally, this thesis presents some suggestions for the logistics system cost control of Chongqing.
