In recent years, vigorous development of red tourism in the country everywhere, basically as long as with the "revolution" grazing areas, are actively developing red tourism, which greatly promote the economic development of "Lao,shao,bian,qiong" regional and increased the attention of public to red tourism scenic spots. However, this "Great Leap Forward", has allowed a lot of red tourism attractions notice nothing except the concept, it takes the form .You get hold of galleries, I get hold of Memorial Hall, the phenomenon of copy is particularly serious. Over time, many dilapidated red scenic spots will become a drag on state finances. "Where there is human, there is dynamic; where there are talents, there are changes," At this point, to the sustained and healthy development of red tourism scenic spot, human resource development is the key. In a certain extent, the quality of human resources determines to the development of red tourism attractions direction and trends. Therefore, understanding the recently development of Red Tourism Human Resources in China, in view of its problems and disadvantages to bring up solutions , to improve the human resources quality of Red Tourism. Definitively, contribute to the red tourism scenic spot development sustainable and healthy.In order to understanding the status of Red Tourism Human Resources Development further and comprehensiver to prescribe the right medicine, this paper, based on the key success factors and key task method, decompose the red tourist attractions human resource development into the requirements of staffs KSAIBs, and design a model of Red Tourism human resource development based on the change of KSAIBs. Under the guidance of the model, I design the questionnaire and interview outline. Through questionnaires and interviews depth about the training of human resources development and management status of development activities to the six classic red tourism attractions Jing gangshan, Yan'an, Xi baipo, Chongqing, and Zunyi Shaoshan, I find out the problems. Finally, focus on the problems of the red tourist attraction ,I raised new strategies about training and management development.At the early study, this paper, based on network,library resources and a large number of relevant literature, recommend empirical research methods to the research of Red Tourism Human resources development. Based on facts, not just stay in theoretical speculation, so that this study is more objective and detailed basis.
