With the rise of the central regions economic, real estate has become one of pillar industries of H-city. Therefore, the research and analysis of H-city regional real estate enterprise internal and external environment and development trends enact and perfect modern enterprise strategic management mode of real estate industry of this area of sustainable development and harmonious development of the economy and society are of great significance.Therefore, based on the analysis of enterprise strategy management at home and abroad after the research and development process, the success of developed country for reference of enterprise strategic management concept with China's macroeconomic environment and the actual situation of this region, using the optimal combination of strategic management ideas to the development of the real estate enterprises in H-city of strategic management of the analysis, this paper applied normative analysis and empirical analysis method, this paper firstly analyzes the development of real estate market conditions and the existing problems and reasons of the real estate, H-city city again internal and external macro environment micro environmental factors were analyzed, the real estate industry of H-city industrial structure analysis and potter five competitive forces model for enterprise, and the evaluation of SWOT matrix and big strategic matrix analysis, determine its strategic portfolio choice, the last in the above analysis is proposed, based on the real estate industry and enterprise of H strategic goals and strategic planning proposal.
