Real estate industry in China has been developing for over 20 years. With the ongoing regulating of market environment, its way of developing has changed from the extensive type to the fine type. However, no matter how its business logic changes, meeting customers'needs and providing customer with satisfactory products and services are the industry's moral character. The improvement of customers'satisfaction is the core competitiveness for real estate business in the future.This thesis is modeled a large real estate enterprise, finding the indicators which influence customer satisfaction in real estate industry and researching how to improve customer satisfaction through large sample customer surveys.We find the key to customer satisfaction through researches and try to establish a management tool for customer satisfaction management in real estate industry. |
