City power grid is a network of load center, which bears the city's customers to provide quality, safe, reliable electricity duty and mission. Urban distribution network is the city's critical infrastructure, as an important part of the grid has become essential for modern city energy supply systems. Urban power grid construction and improvement of functional position for the achievement of the city, and promote rapid economic and social development of the city has an irreplaceable role. Therefore, how to ensure distribution network for the regional economic and social development and improving people's living standards to provide quality supply of electricity distribution network planning is facing major problems.Cangzhou city distribution network planning of construction projects recently, is to meet the urban development of national economy and improve people's living standard electricity supply needs, solve problems in distribution network. We hope that this plan better and urban development requirements and adapt to trends, scientific and reasonable to adjust the urban grid structure, objective and accurate analysis of the development trend of Cangzhou power. Cangzhou range of distribution network planning is the Power's supply area of Cangzhou, including the Cangzhou City and 15 counties (cities, districts), planning area 14311.35km2.In this paper, Cangzhou social and economic development status and the actual situation of electricity demand, the planning time for planning is based on 2009 base year, 2015 for the planning year. We will analyze the size of the project year by year and investment in the "Twelve Five" period.Explained in depth the status of distribution network in Cangzhou City, and learned with my theoretical knowledge and work experience, urban high voltage distribution network and the status of low voltage distribution network in-depth study and submit a current distribution network in the main problems. I use the sub-region method, mathematical modeling, the maximum load by hour load forecast method, etc., and the predicted results of the analysis, given the recent construction of distribution network planning. Finally, I made an investment in the distribution network estimation and social analysis, and the development of the urban grid made some suggestions and ideas.
