| This paper is based on the requirement of social and economical development of city, it analyzed and elaborated to the present situation and question of city distribution network, combined theory and experience which I had been learned, made the development question of under distribution network to be a important research. In the research course, I adopted Moving Average method, linear regression method, Index Smoothness method etc. to get the Load Forecasting, analyzed the forecasting results. Then the article proposed the distribution network automation constructs and plans, and has done the investment estimate to the entire distribution network, finally the paper analyzed the electrical energy quality and the power supply fail-safe. |
