Research On Some Problems In Supply Chain Optimization Based On Supply Hub

The supply chain based on supply hub is an effective operation way under the new competition environment.It is the embodiment of integrated management which integrate logistics,information and capital to realize supply,production and sales of integrated operation.It can rapidly respond to market demand,reduce the cost of supply chain operation,gain market competitive advantage,increase the market competitive capability.This article based on the existing literature research,according to the organization structure of the supply chain and the character of supply hub,puts forward supply chain operation mode with upstream and downstream supply hubs;describes this mode's operation function;analyzes this mode's operation frame structure;explains this mode's advantage;points out the main problem which affect this operation mode;researches the key issues which affect supply chain operations with upstream supply hub and downstream supply hubs:supply hubs selection and inventory control.First,based on AHP and fuzzy combination of multiple attribute method,author constructs evaluation and selection model under considering the logistics ability of third-party logistics enterprise. Second, under the POT(power-of-two)multi-level inventory control strategy and the upstream supply hub,downstream supply hubs and distributors meet a certain level of service,author establishes the supply chain logistics programming model with the objective of cost minimization which including location costs,inventory costs and transportation costs and uses genetic algorithm to solve the model. In the course of getting the optimal distribution network design,it can get upstream supply hub's order cycle,downstream supply hubs'order cycle and distributors'order cycle.The computational results show the validity of the model and algorithm.It can supply reference for other similar supply chain's logistics distribution system planning.
