The inventory control has been paid great attention for a long time because of its importance in the cost control. The methods of inventory control are changing and facing challenges with the change in economic environment and technology. Under the influence of the concept of supply chain management, traditional inventory control theories and methods are no longer adapted to the new environment. So it will have great practical implication to find new methods for inventory control.This dissertation researches inventory issue from the angle of supply chain. Based on introducing the relational theory on inventory control, the paper improves the inventory control of model of continual random require. Based on the theory of supply chain of inventory control, it deeply analyzes the factors which are the demand magnifying effect and the uncertainty in supply chain management impacting on inventory and puts forward relational solution.; It introduces three new methods of inventory control in supply chain management environment and indicates respective shortage and range. The paper applies the new method of system theory—WSR to the research and puts forward inventory optimization and control model based on supply chain management. It also applies the systematic thought to carrying on feasibility to analyze and study this model. Considering the absence of the evaluation performance on inventory management in supply chain, it is presented that the performance evaluating principle and the evaluating index. This paper makes certain the rate of the evaluating index with AHP method and evaluates the performance of inventory management of supply chain through the illegibility synthesis judge method, which is good to decision-making of supply chain management.
