The Studying Of Project Cost Management Of Water Conservancy And Hydropower

With the development of water resources are depleting and gradual improvement of market economy system, the deepening of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the state's macro-control and hydropower construction market, water conservancy and hydropower construction enterprise have to confront for the market. Hydropower construction enterprises and because the traditional water project cost management troubles, management responsibility system and operation control system is not perfect, control measures in place, the cost under control, leading to low economic efficiency. In this condition, The competition of the hydropower construction contracting market becomes increasingly fierce, the profit of water conservancy and hydropower construction enterprise becomes lower and lower, so the water conservancy and hydropower construction enterprise keep core competitiveness in order to survive under such circumstances becomes more and more important, the study of this problem have an important value.On the base of author experience of for many year's construction cost management of hydropower project, this paper analysis the project cost control method and discussed the improvement measures from the angle of the context of construction project cost management and the existing problems, through the project cost management in a comprehensive summary of the problems, the introduction of target management application example of cost management methods, and finally the problems with the cost to conduct a comprehensive management improvement measures summarized to look forward to guide the Water Resources and Hydropower Construction enterprise cost management, enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise market, and ultimately the overall goal of the project cost management, and thus to achieve profit objectives. The purpose of this paper is to achieve the project cost management of overall objectives and final keep project profitability objective.
