Research On The Constructing Of China's Agricultural Supply Chain Management Information System

China is the main agricultural producer and consumer country with an immense circulation industry of agricultural products. And the integrated model of agricultural products circulation supply chain is in the rapid growth process. But, from the perspective of supply chain management, the supply chain between the nodes enterprises are still lack of effective communication, so the market demand can not be fast feedback to the producers, which leads to the production blindness of the producers. What's more the alliance between producers and consumers of agricultural products is not established. Thus the decentralized management of upstream producers and the non.standard channels of the downstream consumers runs under a fracture circumstance, which means a true integration of supply chain management organization model is not formed yet.This thesis has systematicly reviewed of the previous results of agricultural supply chain management which based on supply chain management and information management theories and uses the information technology to construct a reasonable analysis of agricultural supply chain management information system, then puts forward an overall framework of the program information system for China's agricultural supply chain, and illustrates this system in the aspects of the structural design, functional design and functional analysis. Main contents of this thesis:(1) This thesis explains the current situation of agricultural supply chain management information system, systematicaly discusses the relevant theories of the agricultural supply chain management and information management, and analyzes the model of agricultural supply chain management.(2) This thesis studies the development of the China's agricultural supply chain management and the information management, analyzes the problems existing in development of China's agricultural supply chain management, and proposes the necessity of constructing the supply chain management information system.(3) The information technology needed in the constructing of agricultural supply chain management information system has been systematicaly analyzed from the four key information technology aspects of logistics, product quality assurance, marketing, electronic transactions in this thesis.(4) In this thesis an overall framework of supply chain management of agricultural information system is proposed. And analyzes the system's overall design, data flow, structure design, functional design in detail, then separately illustrates each sub.system, finally proposes and analyzes the construction thought of information management platform. In conclusion, the agricultural supply chain management information system establishment can effectively enhance our efficiency and effectiveness of the circulation of agricultural product, improve food safety emergency response mechanism, and improve the quality of agricultural product track and trace system in China. Through the further discuss of the construction of the agricutural supply chain management of agricultural information system, in order to propose some rational suggestions for the issues arising in the process the development of our agricultural supply chain management and provide some help for information development of the agricultural supply chain.
