The supply chain theory and industrial world gradually realized that the information function of enhancing the supply chain operation efficiency is noticeable.At the same time, many domestic and foreign scholars conduct the thorough analysis research in the information flow operation management, the angle of view expanded from the original enterprise information flow operation to the entire supply chain. This article studied how to realize supply chain management information sharing mainly from the application and management angle, thus coordinate the entire supply chain,and so achieve the goal. First, the author introduced the supply chain management concept, analyzed structural model, the characteristic, elaborated the net chain structure, Elaborated background and supply chian system structure .On the base of thorough analysis of problems and challenges in supply chain management practices , then the author introduced this subject of information management, proposed to construct the supply chain information management system, enabling it to manage information efficiently, helping the enterprise to found information channel unimpededly among the customers, the enterprises interior and suppliersThe information management key is how to realize information sharing, analyzing the information sharing patterns which other people proposed, the author proposed newinformation sharing management structural model ------pattern based on coreenterprise and dicussed its operation, characteristics, the good and bad points .The author proposed Supply Chain Management Information Sharing System based on Core Enter Prise Managed Model( CEMM-SCM-ISS) , studied its system structure and carried on the simple design, discussed information integration frame based on the XML/Webservices.To realize the effective management of entire supply chain information, enabling it to coordinate supply chain operation,to construct from the application level is insufficient, We must take effective management mechanism, strengthen the enterprise internal management and realize production flexibility, establish the enterprise strategy alliance, realize the transparent information, consummate the request-agent mechanism on the chain, establish the effective drive mechanism.The supply chain management is one kind of effective management pattern and method,it can enhance the enterprise competitive ability. It is importan for its successful operation to manage chain enterprises' information effectively, realize information sharing and enhance sharing degree.
