Research On Agricultural Products Supply Chain And Key Technologies Of Its Management Information System

People regard food as their prime want. Food safety has become a key factor in the supply chain. Chinese government and separate administration sections have made lots of policies and actions to ensure food quality and security, while vairous problems are happened every now and then. As the very source and raw material of food, agricultural products are rather pivotal which directly affect the food safety, the development of agriculture, and the health of people. Oriented the quality of agricultural products, and focused on the supply chain management and the related technologies, a system of agricultural product supply chain management (APSCM) is constructed to guarantee quality and safety of food and conduce brand building of agricultural products.Agricultural product quality and safety are ensured by laws, from the macroscopic point, which perfected the agricultural product quality and safety increasingly in China, but agricultural products still face serious challenges microscopically. The process of food production and distribution is not tracked and traced effectively so that customers are not able to get the detailed and effecitve information of the products' quality. Thus, it is very important to construct an agricultural product supply chain information system to record and standardize the production process, so as to promote greater progress in foodstuff production.The research contents are as follows:(1) Elaborate the research background and meanings, analyze the status of APSCM both domestic and abroad, and researches the basic theories of agricultural product supply chain, such as agriculture products and their supply chain, structural model, and the main problems in establishing the agricultural products supply chain;(2) Study the key technologies applied in APSCM, which contains agricultural product tracing technology, bar-code technology used as information carrier to record agricultural production and distribution, cold chain technology applied to keep low temperature and high quality for the fresh product, data warehouse technology to process agricultural information.(3) Construct and develop the agricultural product supply chain information system based on the B/S structure on the platform of J2EE, and illustrates the main functional modules.The construction of agricultural product supply chain information system is helpful to realize tracking and tracing in time, perfect the emergency mechanism, forecast and give a security warring in due course, so as to prevent the massive accident and guarantee the quality of people's life. The study contributes theoretically and practicely to establishing a good foundation and construction of agricultural product supply chain in China.
