Research On Human Resource Management Based On Knowledge Management In HR Company

The arrival of the era of knowledge economy means that knowledge has had an increasingly profound impact on the economy.Competition between enterprises and even between countries has shifted from competition of products and technologies to knowledge competition,knowledge production,diffusion,transfer and application become an important part of the knowledge economy.Therefore,knowledge management as a new management theory and management methods should be and the people are the main carrier of knowledge and the beneficiaries,so all aspects of knowledge management should focus on the core of human resources.In the era of knowledge economy,human resource management model must abandon the original concept of traditional human resources management and model,instead of the implementation of modern human resources management concepts and models.At the same time,knowledge management requires enterprise human resource management to absorb knowledge management ideas,the use of collective wisdom to improve the enterprise's response and innovation,and thus enhance the competitive advantage.This paper first summarizes the knowledge management and human resource management related theories,and obtains the coupling between knowledge management and human resource management.Then,this paper introduces the current situation of HR human resource management and its problems in human resource management,and puts forward the HR-based human resource management improvement program based on HR company,that is,from knowledge management human resources management system planning,strengthen the management of knowledge management system,the establishment of a comprehensive salary system,staff training to improve,so as to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.
