Along with the rapid development of technology, constantly changing of consumer demand and enhancement of the telecom network functions, telecommunications equipment upgrades faster and telecommunications operator's demand becomes more and more individualized. Meanwhile, having rapidly developed among 20 years, some China's telecom equipment suppliers have developed into globally competitive enterprises. China telecom equipment manufacturing industry has an unprecedented fierce and uneven competition, because there are many China's telecom equipment suppliers who have different power and foreign telecom equipment suppliers who want to share market in telecommunication equipment manufacturing industry. It becomes the urgent problems for the domestic telecom equipment suppliers that how to enhance their marketing capabilities and improve the marketing system in the fierce competition.The thesis uses project life cycle in dividing the marketing system of the telecom equipment suppliers into project initiation, planning, implementation and evaluation, improvement and development stage. It analyses the marketing environment and competition of the China telecom equipment suppliers in project opening. In the planning stage, it builds the marketing system. In the implementation stage, it researches the marketing system of telecom equipment suppliers applying fuzzy-analytic hierarchy of comprehensive evaluation method. Finally, the thesis analyses evaluation results of the marketing system, points out existing problems and proposes strategies as the improvement and development stage of the project.At present, although there are many researches about marketing, there is less theory researching marketing system from the perspective of project management. So, firstly the thesis has theory significant in connecting the project management and the marketing system. Secondly, many researches concern business development of the telecom operators, the thesis researching construction of the marketing system has practical applications.
