Along with the development of economic globalization, to the multinational corporation development brings many opportunities to create value, at the same time to the multinational corporation management also pose a threat. Can rapidly changing environment according to the domestic and international and of his own internal condition changes to choose the appropriate organization structure be the deciding a transnational company survival and development of the very important factors.DZ Shanghai Company is a Japanese global top 500 enterprises, and has a hundred years history. During the five years in China, its business expands rapidly; the offices in cities grew promptly. But it also brought the organizational structure of flexibility, adaptation of the need to reform.This paper use "DZ company organization structure reform" as the topic, combining researches the organizational structure of present situation in multinationals companies of economic globalization, the paper probes DZ Company in the organizational structure of the problems and find the countermeasures to implement. At first, it brings out the general introduction of DZ (Shanghai) Company and the analysis of its current organization structure. In view of the strategic plan of DZ group and the current bottleneck which restrict the operational efficiency, the innovation of structure becomes inevitable. Then, this paper introduced the 6 kinds of organizational structure, inclusive of line, functional, line-functional, matrix organization, and analyzed their advantages and disadvantages. But micro-foundations are rather important than this selection, and the firms' differences are due to their different micro-situations. Matrix organization is a horizontal restructure based on traditional line-functional organization chart. For DZ (Shanghai), it appears that the structure has becomes a bottleneck. The trend to a Matrix becomes inevitable. The risk retained in innovation process itself is remarkable.
