With society becomes more and more competitive, there are varieties of occupational diseases. Job burnout has become a high incidence of psychological problems. Job burnout is an exhaustion, numbness, indifference and inefficient state because employees emotional loss in long-term. Foreign scholars Maslach put forward that job burnout contain three dimensions emotion exhaustion, dehumanization, and diminished personal accomplishment. Job burnout is not only a kind of psychological problems, also can give people physically hurt. Job burnout has received people's extensive concern since the last century it was put forward. Research results shown that burnout has been found in all walks of life, and the early age of increasingly prominent trend. Young employees after80's play a increasingly important role in social life, therefore, to study the burnout of young employees after80's, and to identify factors affecting the burnout are of very practical significance.This paper selects banking a typical service industry which need employee devote huge emotion as the research object and studies the status and influence factors of young employees after80's, and provides the basis for bank managers to eliminate job burnout.According to the literature review and on-site interview to ten young employees after80's this paper formulates the questionnaire of job burnout effect factors, then please expert modify and get the measured questionnaire. This survey release questionnaires online and site questionnaire to collect data, then use structural equation model, and variance to process data, and proposed eliminating suggestion in individuals, organizations and social three levels.Through an empirical research, we get conclusions as follows:1. Job burnout situation of young employees after80's is serious, diminished personal accomplishment hardest.2. Among personal background factors, gender, age, education, working years, position, and unit nature have a significant impact emotion exhaustion; working years and position have a significant impact on dehumanization; working years and unit nature have a significant impact on diminished personal accomplishment. 3.Overworked, work boring positively correlated with emotional exhaustion, role conflict, career development, interpersonal relationship, benefits and organizational support negatively correlated with emotion exhaustion, the relative influence of overworked is the largest.4. Overworked, work boring positively correlated to dehumanization, social support and dehumanization of negatively correlated to the dehumanization, and work boring has the biggest influence.5. Work positively correlated with personal achievement dull, career development, benefits and social support and personal achievement reduce negatively correlated to the diminished personal accomplishment, and career development has the biggest influence.
