Study On The Drag Effect Of Land Resources In Sichuan Economic Growth

Land resources not only provide people with production, life and entertainment space, much land resources is an important guarantee of economic growth. Entering the 21st century, based on the desire for economic growth, people on the land demand swells, land has become a kind of important material wealth. In the urbanization construction, the land use of urban and rural construction and agricultural land is serious, non-agriculturalization of farmland conflict and coordination with protect of arable land, limited land resources of bondage to economic growth is becoming increasingly obvious. Would be Economic growth receion because of resource consumption in some extent?How much influence will constraint the economic growth by caused land and have much "damping effect" this effect will? These are the economic developing need highly concern. Study these problems, may master economic growth impact of resource constraints by the land, reasonably forecast the economy growth, promote the economical and intensive utilization of land resources, and has important realistic significance.This paper as the study area in Sichuan province, adopt two-stage three elements of production function and parameter CES keynote estimate method to calculate the 1988-2009 years of economic growth in Sichuan province, damping effect of land resources of land resources, the drivers of damping effect analysis, proposed in this foundation the ease or reduce its negative influence of specific countermeasures and Suggestions. The main research conclusions are as follows:(1) construct the Sichuan economic growth of model, model of the function of each variable 1988-2009 data research and transform processing parameter estimation method, through economic growth to townify, Sichuan province caused by land resources bound 0.006774 damping effect. (2) Study on land resources in economic growth in Sichuan province, the main factors driving damping effect by labor intensive utilization of land resources, growth rate, fixed capital, practitioners and industrial structure evolution of factors. The labor growth land damping effect is bigger also, rapid population growth is the main cause of rising labor rates; Land resources use low level of land intensive, low level of economic output, the worse land release ability; Fixed capital and land resources substitution effect, increase of fixed capital investment, reasonable is helpful for economic growth; The employment structure lag and industrial succession is one reason for land restrain economic growth.(3) should be in land conservation and utilization, control the rapid population growth, improving the population quality, transformation of the mode of economic development and adopt corresponding measures in order to weaken the land resource constraints on economic growth restriction.
