| The nine cities in Fujian Province as the research object. It applies relevant theories such as urbanization, urban agglomeration economy theory, the sustainable land use theory, land scarcity theory based on previous related studies. Based on CES production function and combined with the logarithmic curve of the relationship between urbanization and economic growth, this paper put forward the models of growth drag of Fujian’s urbanization caused by construction land in the case of "available construction land amount increases". Then empirical analysis with the panal data of nine cities in Fujian Province and estimated the growth drag of them. The results are as follows.(1)As a whole, during the period of 1996-2013, the drag value of Fujian Province is 0.0852%. Due to the construction land constraints, the annual real urbanization development speed was low 0.0852% than the previous.(2)The drag value of construction land of the 9 regions of Fujian Province overall a big difference. According to the Jenks method, it is divided into four types, Xiamen(0.3287%) and Quanzhou (0.2525%)belong to the high constraint, Fuzhou(0.0473%) and Putian(0.0321%) belong to the middle constraint,Sanming(0.0101%),Longyan(0.0232%),Nanping(0.0104%)andNingde(0.0093 %), belong to the low constraint and Zhangzhou(-0.0042%) belongs to special type.(3)Form the traditional division of three economic zones, the drag value of Xiazhangquan metropolitan area(0.1923%) is higher than Fupuning metropolitan area(0.0296%), the MinxiBei economic zone(0.0146%) is the lowest, presents a decreasing trend from the coastal to the mountains. According to the variance value, the internal diffferences of Fupuning metropolitan area is larger, the second is the Xiazhangquan metropolitan area, the MinxiBei economic zone is relatively homogeneous state.(4)In the overall spatial analysis, it has a positive correlation and presents the "East high Northwest low" unbalanced spatial pattern, the higher drag mainly distributed in the relatively developed areas in Southeast coastal, the low drag is in the relatively backward areas in Northwest. In the perspective of local analysis, it shows some spatial heterogeneity and integration, the adjacent situation of high drag is rare, the more of the low drag. |
