In this paper, the Samuelson and Morishima will be given for example, elaborate on their theory of value and their criticism of the Marxist labor theory of value, so that can point out Samuelson and Morishima's error in the theoretical basis and prove methodological merit. With the western scholars'critical of Marxist labor theory of value, so that we understand the difference of the east-west economic scholars understanding the Marxist economic theory, make us more determined to go the road of Marxism, better use of Marxist economics to guide the operation of China's socialist market economy.The analysis of Samuelson and Morishima's theory mainly through their theory of value, theory of exploitation and transformation problem this three to study and compare, and the debate between them, to illustrate the theoretical characteristics of their respective, essence, to its dregs, for the development of Marxist economics and the development of China's socialist market economic theory.
