Research On Construction Contract Application And Claims

The circumstances of construction contract are very complicated. The participation of international construction contract improves the management and construction skills of Chinese contractors. But at the same time, we have to realized that domestic contractors' management is still far behind the high level management of international contractors. Most domestic contractors are not familiar with the law of the owner country and habitual contract, as a result, they can not get satisfied profit, or even have a deficit. So how to help domestic contractors study the habitual contract of international construction contract and how to help them use the contract very well to improve their claim skill will be a problem need to be solved. The research object of this thesis is the claim of construction engineering. Contrasting the FIDIC contract to the domestic contract to help the domestic contractors find the potential risk in the contract. The thesis puts forward a method of evaluating the contract risk, meanwhile it poses a new claim management which is based on data base.
