The particularity of its tourism industry, as countries shows culture, the image of an important means and platform. Countries have increased input into the tourism industry, especially with the information in full swing; the tourism industry has a new meaning, related to culture, services, etc., in the era of globalization today, the tourism industry as to enhance national reputation and competitiveness of an important stage.As increasing competition, the competition between industries is gradually evolved into a competition between the industrial chains, not only between the various industries engaged in a fierce competition, but also to maintain full cooperation. Bring the full enjoyment of the industrial chain in the technology, knowledge, information, capital and other advantages, constantly improve their competitiveness and maintain its dominant position in the market. Chain has become a hot research field of the current industry value chain value chain performance as a form of industrial competitiveness is one of the main features, but also to build an important aspect of industrial competitiveness.This paper discusses the competition of tourism industry in Zhangjiajie from the Angle of industry value chain. Through the research of domestic and foreign relevant problems, This paper divide into base value chain, auxiliary value chain and extension value chain three parts base on the value chain of the tourism industry competitiveness evaluation index system.On the basis of statistical data, this paper use principal component analysis to research the comprehensive tourism and industry competitiveness comparative appraisal, and find out the important factor affecting the tourism industry competitiveness, at the same time, we analyze the advantages of tourism industry competitiveness of Zhangjiajie,finally we put forward the ascension of tourism industry competitiveness overall mentality and measures. Through the research, this paper concludes that this conclusion:(1) In the basic value chain parts, the Zhangjiajie is in an inferior postion. The main reason is the structure of tourism irrational industrial, only competition but not cooperation; Stars lack of hotel luxurious and economical but so many mid-range hotels.,and the food, transport service quality is low too;(2) In auxiliary value chain parts, development of the Zhangjiajie is better,it means the natural environment, urban image are advantages of the Zhangjiajie,the radiation effect of tourism industry is big.(3)In the extends value chain parts, Zhangjiajie is in relatively weak. At present, the advantages of Zhangjiajie tourism industry has not yet translated into competitive advantage. Attractions building also remain in the tourism, while the leisure and tourism, cultural tourism development has been relatively slow. This is caused by relatively slow development of tourism in Zhangjiajie, a decline in the competitiveness of the important reasons. |
